Our Vaulté product is designed in-house by our skilled CEO and Founder, Kevin Kelly.
The Vaulté product is currently patent pending based on a Provisional Patent being submitted to IP Australia.
We have invested great time and effort to create improved versions of the Vaulté products.
Our final products are configurable to meet the size and customisation requirements of our clients needs.
Check out this great video of the Vaulté product.
Vaulté products are completely configurable to protect valuables of many different sizes and shapes.
The front and rear windows can be extended to allow for larger valuables to be stored inside the cabinet.
This view shows the inside of the frame of the product with the 3D extension on the front door.
You can imagine the product sitting flush on the wall with only the clear box extruding out of the wall. This could protect some large items and will be a great talking piece for visitors to your home or office.
Open the door up with face recognition, fingerprint security, or via a mobile application to access hidden valuables in the hidden compartments.
Customise the locking mechanisms as required to boost the security of this device. Anything is possible with our Vaulté products.
The frame and door parts are pulled apart to allow other parts to be used to extend the product.
The Vaulté product can be pulled apart without damaging any of the wiring and can be expanded to any size including to a size of a door way where required.
Extra parts can be added of any size to extend the overall size of the frame and door.
Version 1 can be seen at the back mounted partly in a wall holding jewellery.
The first product design functioned perfectly based on solving the problem of protecting valuables using a remote application to unlock the front door as well as being able to control the LED lights that illuminate all of the inner compartments.
Feedback from a target customer / user was that she wanted the option to mount it so that the door was flush with the wall which could allow the product to be concealed easily.
The second thing she wanted was to be able to remove and replace the front window with a mirror.
So I got to work iterating.
Version 2 can be seen here with a comic book being protected in the main compartment and a watch and some cash hidden in the hidden compartments.
Version 2 allows the window to be replaced once the door is opened. Also as you can see this version is free standing and can be easily mounted into a wall allowing the front of the product to be flush with the wall.
Another user requested the door to be replaceable with other designs and for the overall size to be increased.
Hence, this version needed to allow the door to be removed and to allow the frame and door parts to be able to be separated allowing for anyone to increase the size of the overall product as well as place custom doors on.
So I iterated further.
Version 3 parts can be seen with rings in the hidden compartments.
This version now allows the frame parts to be separated from each other without harming the electrical wiring. This now allows anyone to change the size of the product by adding extension frame and door pieces.
Electrical wiring PODs are now used to run the cables throughout the product. These PODs can be customised depending on the amount of wiring required throughout the product. Customisation of these PODs is now possible to mount items such as jewellery holders, draws, or anything else that fits into these hidden compartments.
This product is now completely customisable to suit customers that have a custom requirement for the Vaulté Product.
Version 4 has minor changes that are based on reducing the overall number and complexity of the parts for the manufacturing process and this is what the Provisional Patent is based on.
This version is very close to DfMA - Designed for Manufacture and Assembly.
